LC Coffee Jelly 😘
INGREDIENTS
1 pouch clear jelly powder (gulaman) - - (25g gelatin powder)
5 cups tap water
5 sticks nescafe classic adjust according to preference
5 sticks equal gold sugar adjust according to preference
2 packs magnolia all purpose cream 250ml
INSTRUCTIONS
In a pot, add water and gradually sprinkle jelly powder, stir until dissolved.
Bring to a soft boil then remove from heat. Add equal sugar and coffee powder and stir until completely dissolved.
Pour mixture in a 9x9-inch square pan and let it cool to set.
Using a knife, cut through the coffee jelly horizontally and then vertically to make cubes. It could be big or small cubes.
In a large bowl fill the all-purpose cream. Add the coffee jelly cubes and mix again. Cover and chill.
It is best served cold.
